He had the finest collection of Haniwa and other arts in Japan.  Some were national treasures, cultural properties and important art objects.  The collection of Haniwa was purchased with the advice of Mr. Gakanan Matsubara, Haniwa expert.  Each item in the collection was selected by Matsubara and is of the highest quality.
