Shape of vase is called t'ien-chi'iu-p'ing ("vault of Heaven") in Chinese.  Covered with an all-over design of peonies and stylized scrolling stems and foliage in underglaze cobalt blue.  Double blue rings below lip and above foot.  Glaze stops short of foot, exposing about .5 in of the clay body.
