The top is a white cap with a brim of gold in scroll form and a gold lotus on top. The pole is gold and has a sphere at the bottom.  Under the bottom is a drapery-like portion in dark pink with several folds.  Framing the whole banner are orange, yellow mint and dark  green curves and S-like curves connected together.  At the top end of the banner near rhe scroll are flame-like projections in orange and yellow.
