In the center are three orange and yellow lotus petals from which is rising a large red and white lotus bud with a dark green bud on its surface.  Framing these buds are wave-like forms.  Above this bud is one small orange and yellow bud from which blue water symbols are pouring.  At the very top is a green loop and on either side of it are the tails of two golden fish, speckled with brown dots.  The fish arch downward and inward with thier lips touching water sprouting from the top of the tall lotus buds.
